4.主体部分的句子多用被动语态

流程图说明文的特点是多用被动语态，主要是指主体部分对过程说明性的句子采用被动语态，这样会显得比较客观和学术性一些。

5.注意连接词和转折词的运用

流程图说明文是按照一个流程的顺序来写的，上句和下句之间往往存在着先后次序的逻辑关系，或者意思转折的关系。因而，两句之间经常需要用到有关的连接词或转折词。考生要注重这两类词或短语的使用，而且要用得自然，合理和圆润，这样才能使全文读起来清晰流畅，一气呵成。

6.尽量避免用词重复，做到变化，多样化
