the little prince is a tale for both children and adults. the little prince is the story of a man who crashes his airplane into the desert only to meet a traveling boy from a small planet. the boy inquires about trees and sheep, shares his journeys and various encounters, and then leaves. yet, reading between the lines, the story offers a much more plex, eiching, satisfying and eye-opening moral: what matters in life is love - and caring about someone or something and maintaining that relationship. the prince loves his rose enough to care for it every night by protecting it with a glass globe and requesting a muzzle for his sheep. he knows that the rose is naive with only four purposeless thorns and, out of his loyalty to her, it is his duty to protect her. likewise, the narrator loves the prince and feels an obligation to secure his safe journey home.

i read this book as a child and was infected with a sense of awe and a newfound respect for the written word and its power to touch, heal and change perception. for myself, it acplished two things; it instilled in me a desire to one day

bee a writer and touch others with my words and like the narrator of the story, and antoine de saint-exupery (whose own plane crash is said to have been the basis for the tale) it instilled within me a hope that one day the little prince will return and someone will let me know.

what is the meaning of this tale? easily saying is that the tale talk about many normal things like morals and principles and values from two different but successive way as children and adults. as the narrator said you can only catch adults’ attention by describing the price of something or saying the number of something. it’s hard to make adults feel lovely by the children’s beautiful describing. that is the reason why many adults believe this tale is a tale for adults.

being insincere and utilitarian, adults consider useful and kids think sinful. free spirit and free heart, adults consider absurd and children believe necessary. the amazing point is that these two different beliefs are held by one species--human. when we were young, we could see anything god want us to see. but after decades, what we could see was only something we need to see.

there are so many good things for children and their imagination. and there are not so many things for adults and their reality.

"jane eyre" has been published since 87 years, and has been in the past many years. time does not affect his light. today he is still a great work. in the history of literature, many of the classic masterpiece will be immortal, but can look like "jane eyre" so deeply into people's souls, it has attracted tens of thousands of readers with an irresistible beauty, affecting people's spiritual world, even for some people, the work affects their lives not many.

jane eyre is a novel with autobiography, which explains the theme of human value = dignity + love.

the author of this book, charlotte bronte and emily, the author of wuthering heights, are sisters. though they live in the same living environment, they are quite different from their family environment. charlotte's character is gentle, pure, and he likes to pursue some beautiful things more. although she was poor in her family, she had little care from her parents, and she was not so beautiful and stature. but perhaps it is such a deep inferiority in soul, which reflects a very sensitive self-esteem in her character, and takes self-esteem as the compensation for her inferiority.

her description of jane's love is also a beautiful, small woman, but she has a very strong pride. she is unswervingly pursuing a good life.

jane eyre, living in an orphaned, happy environment, grew up under treatment with peers, abandoned aunt, cousin of contempt, insults and beatings cousin the ruthless trample on a child's dignity, but perhaps it is because of all this, jane love unlimited confidence and a firm and inflexible spirit, which can overcome the inherent personality

unfortunately, in the study life, jane. love is still suffering from corporal punishment and mental disability. school donor rocor hearst not only when all the teachers and students face to defame her and put her shame on the stage show. she was ashamed in front of the whole school. but jane. love is firm and inflexible, turn grief into strength, not only the rapid progress in learning, but also made the teachers and students to understand. soon, jane. love has fallen into the whirlpool of love. her strong personality and also keep personal dignity, is great lady rival in front, favorably, overbearing for miss ingram, she was calm in the face. similarly, in front of rochester, she never because he is an inferior status of the family teachers feel inferior, she thinks they are equal. it should not be because she is a servant, but not to be respected by others. it is also because of her integrity, noble and pure, the soul is not polluted by the secular society. rochester zican are made of dirty, at the same time respect for her and deeply in love with her. he was sincere and moved her, and she accepted him. later, jane. love found that rochester had a wife, her self-esteem again appeared, without hesitation, she left him, her love for the exclusive, let me admire.

the ending of the novel is perfectly happy. although the manor of rochester was destroyed by his mad wife, his eyes were blind, and became a disabled person. but this is the fact that jane is no longer in contradiction between dignity and love, but at the same time, he is happy.

the novel tells us that the most wonderfull life is human dignity and love, i really appreciate the author of this wonderful life ideal - is the dignity and love, after all, in today's society, the person's value = dignity + love this formula to pay to achieve often cannot do without the help of money. choose between rich and poor, choose between love and no love. few people will abandon everything for love, like jane, and do not care.

in the face of setbacks, we should have a "thousand mill strike" ambition, as long as there is hope, do not give up, stand up, continue to move forward, because, after all the journey to buy a return ticket. the test of thousands of setbacks has created our persistent character, molded our strong will and trained our excellent skills and paved the way for us to succeed. in the setback, we have a little bit of strength, step by step to the glory. let us full of "fate by the throat" of the lofty sentiments and aspirations to challenge setbacks, overcome setbacks!

how can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? the reason is the nature of goodness。 i think it is the most important information implied in the novel by dickens-he believed that goodness could conquer every difficulty。 although i don't think goodness is omnipotent, yet i do believe that those who are kind-hearted live more happily than those who are evil-minded。

for me, the nature of goodness is one of the most necessary character for a person。 goodness is to humans what water is to fish。 he who is without goodness is an utterly worthless person。 on the contrary, as the famous saying goes, squo;the fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose', he who is with goodness undoubtedly is a happy and useful person。 people receiving his help are grateful to him and he also gets gratified from what he has done, and thus he can do good to both the people he has helped and himself。

to my disappointment, nowadays some people seem to doubt the existence of the goodness in humanity。 they look down on people's honesty and kindness, thinking it foolish of people to be warm-hearted。 as a result, they show no sympathy to those who are in trouble and seldom offer to help others。 on the other hand, they attach importance to money and benefit。 in their opinion, money is the only real object while emotions and morality are nihility。 if they cannot get profit from showing their squo;kindness', they draw back when others are faced with trouble and even hit a man when he is down。 they are one of the sorts that i really detest。

francis bacon said in his essay, squo;goodness, of all virtues and dignities of the mind, is the greatest, being the character of the deity, and without it, man is a busy, mischievous, wretched thing, no better than a kind of vermin。'

that is to say a person without goodness is destined to lose everything。 therefore, i, a kind person, want to tell those 'vermin-to-be' to learn from the kind oliver and regain the nature of goodness。

my feelings after reading wuthering heights

wuthering heights is a well-written tragedy of love. after reading the whole story, i would like to talk about the main characters of the story?catherine earnshaw and heathcliff. catherine earnshaw and heathcliff love each other very much, but they do not have the right attitude towards love, which leads to the tragedy.

in catherine?s life, she made a very foolish decision——marrying to edgar.in fact, her love for edgar can never be pared to that for heathcliff. she did so, because she thought the wealth of edgar would be useful to heathcliff. but in reality, it did not work. she did not have a good understanding of love, which is something pure and saint. if anyone add any purpose into love, love itself lost its meaning. catherine?s wrong decision hurt two people who love her, and even destroyed the happiness of their offspring.

heathcliff is a man full of retaliation. he loved catherine very much, but what he did, on the contrary, added to the misery of catherine. in my opinion, if he really loved catherine, he should not walk into catherine?s life again after his disappearance. further more, after the death of catherine, what heathcliff did brought agony to catherine?s daughter, as well as his own son.

after reading, i have a better understanding of love. if you love really someone, his or her happiness is the thing that most matters.

repeatedly picked up repeatedly put down, knock knock drag drag, finally read the friend recommended this book, good book! ground was bowed their heads and can be picked up six pence, he -- strickland, stubborn aloof to like looking up at the round moon stands on a tall dark obelisk, between heaven and earth picked up six pence whether see or didn't see it all have to toward the obelisk bow bend over, whether it's a bad respect and admire or unconscious behavior, they all made obeisance to him.

isn't that funny? heaven loved strickland and filled him with passion and talent; heaven hated him and brought him untold suffering. i've been thinking about a sentence recently: "everyone, all his life, lives in his own prison. forbearance is a line, energy is a line, the angle between forbearance and energy is our living space.

the place where your eyes fall is the wall of your prison in this life!" if that were true of strickland, he was free. there were no walls around strickland, for his eyes were on the moon. however, he also paid a high price for this freedom, abandoning his wife and children, his privileged life and stable future. but, on the other hand, they seemed to strickland nothing at all. compared with his dreams, they were trivial and dull.

as for me, i admire him and admire him, because what he does i long for but i can't do it. when making decisions in everyone's mind, material life and the pursuit of ideals all hold different weights. no matter what kind of decision we make, we have no way and no right to stand on our own point of view to make evaluation. if there is a judgment, let it be given to time, to history, to posterity. now we, the most need to do, is to do the real yourself! i want sixpence, but i also want the moon.

there was no mine in my house, and i knew i was worth a pound, so i had to pick up my sixpence and survive. only if i live can i have a chance to look up at the bright moon that only belongs to me. because, i know, in my heart there is a mine, is burning day and night! raise a glass to ask the moon, drunk to see the world, dance shadow wandering; looking out of the sky, the fog disperses the cloud to open, holds the moon into the bosom!
